The “Luxury House in a Farm” is located at the foot of Pelion near the city of Volos.
The location of the Villa helps to quickly access the mountain of Pelion and the beaches of Pagasitikos & the Aegean without having to enter the city,
since it is close to the Volos ring road, just 1km from the Panthessaliko stadium.
The city center is only 10 minutes by car
and the nearest city bus stop 4 minutes on foot.
The Villa is surrounded by an estate of 4000 sq.m. with a garden of 600 sq.m. unlimited view of the city of Volos and Pelion,
while the only sounds are birds andthe domestic animals (Chickens, Geese, Rabbits) of our farm.
The rest of the estate around the house includes olive trees,
organic fruit trees and vegetable garden.
It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining room, barbeque, billiards, playroom, cinema room, fireplace, parking space.
The area is suitable for hiking, while at 300m there is a children's playground and at 2 km an equestrian club.
